FAQ
Castlivo connects to sources you choose. Availability and compatibility remain dependent on those sources.
No. Castlivo is an independent player and playlist manager. It does not provide, host, sell, or distribute channels, movies, series, playlists, subscriptions, or provider accounts.
Confirm that the URL is correct, still accessible, and uses a supported format. Check your internet connection and whether the provider requires credentials. If importing a file, verify it is a compatible M3U/M3U8 playlist.
Check the server address, username, and password exactly as supplied by your provider. Confirm the service is online and permits your connection. Castlivo cannot issue or reset third-party credentials.
The source may be offline, restricted, encrypted, DRM-protected, unavailable in your region, or encoded in an unsupported format. Test another authorized source and check your network connection.
Connect the phone and compatible receiver to the same local network, allow Local Network access for Castlivo in iOS Settings, and verify that casting is enabled on the receiver.
No. Casting depends on the website, media format, network, and receiving device. Protected, DRM-restricted, encrypted, or unsupported video cannot be cast.
Open the saved source, playlist-management, or favorites area and use the available remove action. Removing an item in Castlivo does not delete data held by the external provider.
No Castlivo account is required for the core features described here. Third-party sources may require credentials issued and managed by their own provider.
