Important

Castlivo is a media player, not a content provider. It does not include TV channels, movies, series, playlists, IPTV subscriptions, or access credentials. You are responsible for every source you add and must have the legal right to access, play, and cast its content.

1. Acceptance and platform license

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of IPTV Player: Castlivo (“Castlivo,” “the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

If you obtained the App through Apple's App Store, your license to the App is also governed by Apple's applicable terms, including the Standard End User License Agreement, unless an approved custom EULA is presented in App Store Connect. These Terms supplement that license and do not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.

2. About Castlivo

Castlivo is an independent media player and playlist-management application. Depending on source, format, network, website, and device compatibility, the App lets you import M3U/M3U8 URLs or compatible files, connect to Xtream sources, add individual stream URLs, browse media, save favorites, play supported media, and cast supported web videos to compatible devices.

!
No content is provided

Castlivo does not provide, host, sell, license, or distribute TV channels, movies, series, playlists, subscriptions, or provider accounts. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by an IPTV provider, broadcaster, streaming service, or content owner.

3. Your sources and responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs, files, credentials, websites, and media sources you add or access through the App. You agree that:

  • you have all permissions, licenses, subscriptions, or other rights required to access, play, and cast the content;
  • you will comply with applicable laws and the terms of each provider and website;
  • you will keep credentials secure and will not use another person's account without authorization; and
  • you will not treat availability through the App as proof that a source or use is lawful.

4. Third-party sources and services

The App may connect directly to websites, IPTV servers, stream hosts, metadata or artwork hosts, and casting devices operated by third parties. Castlivo does not control and is not responsible for their availability, legality, accuracy, security, content, policies, or performance. Your relationship with a third party remains governed by its own terms.

Authorization to access a source may be requested by Apple or another authority. You are responsible for retaining evidence of the rights applicable to the sources you use.

5. Playback and casting limitations

Compatibility varies by media format, codec, server, website, device, local network, internet connection, digital-rights restrictions, and operating-system capabilities. Some protected, encrypted, restricted, or unsupported streams cannot be played or cast. The App does not guarantee that every playlist, website, stream, or receiver will work.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Castlivo to:

  • infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
  • bypass DRM, paywalls, access controls, geo-restrictions, or provider limitations;
  • facilitate unlawful streaming, copying, recording, downloading, redistribution, or file sharing;
  • gain unauthorized access to an account, server, network, or device;
  • introduce malware, interfere with the App or connected services, or place unreasonable load on infrastructure; or
  • engage in fraud, abuse, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The App's software, interface, original graphics, brand, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and the applicable platform license, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App. No license to third-party media, services, brands, or content is granted.

8. Availability and changes

Features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued to improve the App, address security or legal requirements, or respond to technical and third-party changes. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or continued compatibility with any particular third-party source.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using and delete the App at any time. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, rights infringement, or legal obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Castlivo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or compatibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and those involved in providing the App will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, content, profits, or service arising from the App or a third-party source. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Apple-specific terms

Apple is not responsible for the App or third-party sources you choose. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Where the Apple Standard EULA applies, its third-party beneficiary and other platform provisions remain in effect. References to Apple do not imply endorsement of Castlivo or of any third-party source.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, technology, or legal requirements. A revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to:

Emailnguyenminhkhang9899@icloud.com

These Terms are a product-specific operational draft based on the described App features. The publisher should obtain legal review for the target countries and confirm its legal identity, governing law, and App Store EULA selection before publication.
